Richard L. Bailey, D.D.S.
I enjoy making people feel comfortable and relaxed during their dental visit.  I am honored to provide the best care I possibly can for all my patients and try to make their experience positive, relaxed, and comfortable. A positive attitude goes a long way in achieving optimal dental health, and my goal is to do my best to help my patients keep or restore their teeth for a lifetime of enjoyment and smiles.

Terese H. Bailey, D.D.S.
I enjoy practicing dentistry and feel very fortunate to do what I love while helping to improve my patients’ hTereseealth, smile, and overall appearance.  I always feel it is a priviledge to treat my patients and I honor that trust by delivering the highest quality of care I can deliver in a very comfortable way.

In the Office
Since opening Bailey Family Dental in 2001, I have really enjoyed the privilege of sharing in the lives of so many wonderful patients. We have a team of talented, friendly people that make working and being treated in the office very enjoyable.

Family Life
Richard and I have three elementary age children, and love living and raising them here in the lake country area.  Rich and I enjoy gardening, biking, camping, cross-country skiing, reading, hunting, fishing, canoeing, kayaking, sailing, SCUBA diving, and spending time with family and friends. 

 

Rhonda - Office Manager
Rhonda has been working with Bailey Family Dental since 2002.  She works behind the scenes to ensure the office runs smoothly. Making sure our patients have the best experience they can in our office is her main priority.  In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters, running/rollerblading with her dog Mojo, reading, music and art. 

 

  
   

Lynda - Care Coordinator
Lynda is the smiling face that welcomes you when you walk through the door of our office.  She has worked with Bailey Family Dental since 2006.  She likes working at Bailey Family Dental to meet new people and enjoys helping them feel comfortable in our office.  In her spare time, Lynda enjoys being with her family and going for walks with her dog, Duke. 

 

  
   

Sara - Dental Hygienist
Sara became Bailey Family Dental’s first dental hygienist in 2003.  She earned her Bachelor Degree of Dental Hygiene from St. Petersburg College and is currently pursuing her master’s degree.  She works in our practice and teaches clinical dental hygiene at WCTC.  Sara loves to know her patients as individuals and watch their families grow over the years.  She welcomes the opportunity to travel, enjoy the summer and fall months in Wisconsin by being active outdoors. 

 

  
   

Amanda - Dental Hygienist  

Amanda is the newest team member at Bailey Family Dental.  Amanda started out in dental as an assistant before earning her degree in Dental Hygiene in 2008.  She loves the interactions and time she spends with each of her patients.  In her free time, Amanda spends time with her husband and son, and is looking forward to the welcoming of their second son in April.  Amanda loves to read and participate in runs ranging from 5Ks to marathons.  Photo will follow after the baby arrives. 

 

   

 

                                                          

 

 

 

  
   

Breanna - Patient Care Coordinator
Breanna has always worked in the service industry and has carried her service orientated skills to our office in 2008.  She appreciates that she can make our patients feel comfortable and cared for in our office.   Breanna has just been accepted into the dental hygiene program at WCTC.  We are so proud of her.  In her little free time she is busy raising her young family.                 

 

 

   
   

Mary - Dental Assistant
Mary is a certified dental assistant and has worked in the dental field for 16 years.  She enjoys sharing smiles with her patients whether it is over a conversation about family, friends, mutual hobbies, or helping to ease their worries.  Smiles are easy to give and nice to receive.  Mary enjoys reading, gardening, cooking, fishing and spending time with friends and family. 

 

  
   

Roxanne - Dental Assistant
Roxanne has worked in the dental field for 18 years.  Bailey Family Dentals comfortable atmosphere allows Roxanne to care for our patients with a personal touch.  In her spare time, Roxanne loves spending time with her family and dedicating time to her faith.
